Why didn't I get this sooner?!

Easy to install, however, you do need to keep in mine you will spend an extra ~230 bucks on getting the vent kit, and another ~50 on valves with a pressure drain. Unit is very easy to use, set and service. Super quiet, and water gets hot at the same speed as it took to travel through pipes as my old gas 75 gallon heater. Unlimited hot water now and the best part is I have a ton of room now. I moved it over to another wall and now have a 3x3 foot space where the old heater was and no more duct vent work and overhead water lines in the way. I cannot speak about longevity as I just installed this, but it works awesome!
