We bought this at Lowe’s when we had to remodel our house after 2 trees landed on it. Had it installed professionally was happy with it at first. Then we noticed that the water would turn cold during our shower and then warm back up. Eventually it would remain hot and only do it ever so often. Now it does it 3-5 times during a 15 minute shower. We’ve called customer service several times and get different answers each time. “Call us back with a multi meter and we can do a video call”. You don’t need a multi meter you need “manometer”. Each time it’s something different.
