August 5, 2024 — camm · Review provided by aosmithatlowes.com — 4/5At 10 months had to replace, not sure if there was a power surge or what but it went out and after a couple parts had been replaced AO Smith replaced the entire water heater. Thank you, AO Smith, for replacing. I do like the tankless water heater. It does take time for the water to warm up, wish we could adjust the temperature. We put another one in my childs house that was different, also gas. It does not make the noise that the AO Smith brand does and works great. I don't think the AO Smith brand is bad, just think it needs some fine tuning. like not soldering in the fuses in, but I don't know maybe that is how everyone does things now. I will say that they do cover a lot of parts. So that is a good thing. Would I recommend this product, it's more a maybe. Since this is the only one, I have owned and this is my second one in less than a year. I need to give it some more time.
