Worst customer service ever
June 9, 2024 — Cyril · Review provided by homedepot.com — 2/5The first unit I received was damaged (box was crushed). Second unit came with a ripped wire from the exhaust sensor. Third unit came crushed on the outside just like the first one. The fourth unit came in, and was defective when I installed it. Doing some troubleshooting on my own, I noticed a wire was unplugged inside, which prevented the unit from starting properly. Called customer support twice, won't help because "I'm not a contractor, it's policy". I will never buy from Bosch again.
