Easy replacement of a tank heater

I had a 30 year old tank water heater that was on its last legs and needed something that would be more reliable than current tanks plus wanted an energy efficiency upgrade.Installation was very easy thanks to the water connections being on the top of the unit. It fit very nicely in the space where the tank was and hookup was as straightforward as hooking up a tank.The by far most time consuming task was getting the exhaust and air intake lines routed and in place because of where I had to locate the unit in the structure, but that would be the same for any unit.
