[Incentivized Review] Optical 12 plus tankless water heater works great.
March 18, 2025 — MarkT · Review provided by lowes.com — 5/5We wanted to put a tankless water heater on our kitchen sink since it is a long distance from the water heater. I installed the Optimal 12 plus under our sink. The Optimal 12 works great. It gives you hot water in seconds instead of a few minutes saving a lot of water. The only downside is the temperature of the water going into the tankless water heater. If the water is ice cold (due to outside temperature), It may require having the water heater temperature set higher than usual. The Optimal works great if set at the right temperature depending on how hot you want the water to be. It takes up very little space and is for the most part easy to hook up. Running the electrical wiring is the only part that is a challenge. After it is installed, you can adjust the water temperature using your smart phone. The Optical 12 water heater look nice and neat when installed. I would recommend this product.
