Camplux 12L 3.18 GPM Indoor Tankless Natural Gas Water Heater

So I am utilizing this for two things. I split the water line that goes to one end of the house that feeds my washer and kitchen sink. I also heat my outdoor hot tub with a propane camplux portable heater but am left in the cold come winter time as I don’t want to pull it out in the snow. I figured I could pump the hot tub water into this heater and heat the farthest side of my houses water lines with on demand hot water. This works perfect for both occasions with a diverter in for if I want to heat the hot tub or if I want to run the sink/washer. As for install it is pretty simple. Run the gas lines and water lines and you are good. Trickiest part is always the venting. Luckily this doesn’t require a separate vent for intake, only exhaust. Doesn’t appear you can connect to your exhausting roof stack and have to go horizontally outside with a small slope so any condensation built up doesn’t run back into the heater. Not that big of a deal, I always just fine venting more work than plumbing water lines or gas lines. My main frustration with instal is that the mounting brackets seemed like an afterthought. You cannot reach a screwdriver in there unless you take the heat protection plate off Display is nice and very user friendly. GPM output seems to be true based on filling up an empty gallon container. Overall pretty happy even though I didn’t use it as a whole house hot water system but an on demand for a portion of my house. Worked well for my application and I have always been happy with camplux products
