This puts out some serious hot water. Right off the bat, we could run two showers, do dishes and even run the washing machine and never run out of hot water! It took a little time to get everything connected, but installation was really pretty straightforward and simple if you can make basic plumbing connections. The bottom is even clearly labeled to ensure proper connections. I did purchase a tankless water heater valve kit that had connections for clean out in the future, which I strongly recommend. The control pad allows you to set the temperature at exactly what you want and has a long cord to give you plenty of length to put the control pad several feet away wherever it is convenient. We just put it next to unit. Because this was an outdoor unit, there is no ducting to worry about. Working great!
