I have installed many of these in new houses we have built, and both the costumers and I have loved them. I myself have this unit for my entire home and 6 years of high usage I've only replaced 1 element. I currently have 3 of these scheduled to be installed in different homes and am even planning on installing another for my own radiant floor heating. Have a professional install it for you! I have worked with many gas heaters and although gas can be better at times, I still recommend this unit. especially for those of us who cannot get gas or propane.
