It’s too bad zero stars isn’t possible RUN AWAY

Eccotemp is the worst company ! Ours lasted 18 months ! Mid July it started leaking water from the copper tubing , Eccotemp “experts” said “it must have frozen”. It was 90° outside! In actual winter we had put a wood box around it and added a heat light! After I emailed and responded “freezing wasnt an option” the reponse was to suggest we ship it to them for further examination! Right….. I spend money to ship a 30lb object only to have them say not covered by warranty! Shame on you Home Depot, you are an excellent company and this trashy company is not up to your standards!
