Never buy this

Have used this for two weeks. It takes 3-5 minutes to get WARM water at kitchen and bathroom sinks. Never gets hot enough to wash dishes. Rinnai chat support was no help-just kept repeating that a recirculating pump could not be installed without a dedicated return pipe. Installer said he gets lots of complaints. He doesn’t recommend adding a recirculating pump because it doesn’t help much and causes gas bills to go way up. Rinnai sets it up so you can’t adjust water temperature as a factory setting. I’d rather go back to a standard water heater. At least I could adjust temp and get hot water at the sink.
