POOR QUALITY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

September 2, 2020· Review provided by noritz.com1/5

Customer service was awful. Very Rude. Tried to blame me for everything wrong with the unit then offered to send parts but I would have to pay for installation. Ultimately had the entire junk unit replaced by builder with another of the same junk unit. Will eventually have to replace. This was second unit cause first failed almost immediately upon installation. I live in a new housing development that everyone is experiencing hot water heater issues. I called my own independent plumber and he said these are the worse units on the market.
