Just Unreliable and a Real Mistake

I had the plumber who highly recommended this thing install it. My tank heater was brand new, but inside the house, which I bought in July 2021. We have had constant 122 error messages. The plumber has been inside this thing changing parts. Just as many say, it sounds like a truck and has error messages regularly and no hot water. Also, it takes too long to get hot water in the master bedroom. Either I got a lemon or Noritz just produced a very inferior piece of garbage. Now after spending over $5000, I am much, much worse off. Stay away from Noritz. Keep your tank heater and just change it out when it gets old. This thing has been an expensive nightmare for my family and me. Shame on Noritz....
