I installed this summer and love it. Takes a little longer to GET hot water but when it hits it never stops. I had to use heat tape on the pipes and insulate them and we are having record Lowes here this winter. I put a windbreak in front of the unit since its on the north side of the house. -7 and -26 wind chill right now. Working great
