tankless water heater

This tankless water heater is quite efficiency. The only issue is the hot water flow contains lots of debris. The debris plug up the filter in shower head, sink and the washing machine hot water inlet. I checked the cold water inlet filter, it was as clean as a whistle. My previous house had a 40 gallon water tank, never seen this problem.
