Good, but not outstanding

We purchased our home in April 2020, and it has a Noritz tankless water heater. These comments come after having lived with it for several months. The water heater does an acceptable job, but don't expect hot water immediately after turning on the faucet. It takes a minute or two before the water is hot. I will say, though, that the water stays hot longer than a traditional water heater with a tank provides. There is also the fact that the water temperature is not as adjustable as on a traditional, tanked water heater. Ours never gets hot enough to scald hands. This is a benefit if a family has small children but, frankly, I'd prefer to have it a bit hotter when I'm washing dishes by hand.
