Nothing but problems…

We need inherited a 2yr old model with the house we purchased. We’ve been here three months and we have spent thousands of dollars already on parts and plumbers. We are on our third plumbing company and this one finally seems to have a handle on the problems. We are now awaiting warranty parts. Be VERY careful regarding authorized Rennai dealers and repair companies. They are the worst!! And no, our 900 Rennai unit is still NOT functioning properly. This unit should have never been installed into this house due to the severely hard water we have. The unit is a complete mess and we barely have hot water. Lots of cold sandwichs, 20 minutes to get just warm water, and maybe 10 minutes worth of hot water, if we’re lucky. It’s a nightmare!!
