Making adjustments.
August 1, 2023 — JeffC4735 · Review provided by lowes.com — 4/5I am a first time user of a tankless water heater with recirculation feature. It has benefits and disadvantages. The benefits are obvious. Hot water that is unlimited and it gets hotter more quickly with the recirculation feature. Our electricity bill has also decreased b/c we are now using natural gas to heat the unit. The disadvantages it takes longer to get cold water now if you want a glass of cold water out of the sink. The hot water is being recirculated so you have to wait for cold water to circulate into the faucet. This has been an adjustment because cold water has always been on demand from previous water tanks.
