Rinnai makes a decent water heater but refuses to back their product if something is wrong. Rinnia says do not return to store but contact them first. My unit was doa. We’ve installed about 15 of these units with good results. Very easy to install. Rinnia refused to talk to us and refuse to give us a return authorization. Terrible customer service and they k ew the unit was doa. Luckily Home Depot has an excellent return policy and took the dead unit back. So buyer beware with Rinnia.
