Excellent unit, works as expected

Very nice unit, it heats up quite quickly. Silent operation and works as expected. Really nice improvements from my 20 year old "generation 1" tankless hot water heater. The condensing exhaust is really impressive. The installation took a few more trips to the local hardware store than I expected, due to my poor skill in soldering pipe joints. That's not the fault of Rennai. One note: I believe that many people put too much hot water heater capacity in their homes; carefully consider the capacity you need!
