UPDATE: Upgraded to 4 stars now that Wayfair replaced the damaged item. The product looks great, but FedEx treated the package like it was garbage. There are multiple dents in the appliance and I doubt it still works properly. Our doorbell cam captured the 2 delivery people dropping the package with a loud thud, and didn't even bother keeping it even slightly out of view from the street. When I got home, I discovered the packaging to be ripped apart, with the hardware pieces lying loosely around the original box, which was barely held together. The appliance has very large dents on 3 sides The front display is dented in so badly I would be surprised if the appliance works at all. I am disgusted that they would treat any package like this, they were very unprofessional and now I'll need to return the item as it is too damaged. These drivers just destroyed a $2000 appliance.
