Product works well and makes hot water like it's supposed to. Instructions were clear and easy. The only things I dislike is that it has 1/2" connections instead of 3/4" which requires some additional fittings to step the line down to 1/2". It also has a finicky wiring block and I never fully was confident it was locked in place. Instructions say to slide left to lock in place but it didn't feel like it locked. Also the little screw to secure the cover is difficult. These aren't big issues though so I would recommend the water heater. This is my 1st insta-hot type and it's on a guest bathroom so it should save some money by not using electricity when not in use.
