Works as advertised

February 22, 2018DenisB · Review provided by homedepot.ca4/5

Have been using this model for over a month now and it works fine. Just be careful about the minimum flow required for the unit to start heating the water. This is s very important specification. If you just want warm water (mix of cold and hot) on one faucet, this unit will likely not give you that with todays faucets which restrict the flow. You'll only get cold water. For me this unit is fine but I would have been better off with a smaller model that has a lower minimum flow. I assume this would be the case for most household.
