Seems I waste gallons of water waiting for it to get hot so I put one under the kitchen sink and it works good. Well enough that I bought another for the bathroom. Nice compact unit and easy to install. Insure you have access to electric outlet. Under the kitchen sink I have an outlet for dishwasher and disposal so wired a plug to the unit and just pluged it in. Bathroom required more effort to get electric for unit.
