excellent

November 29, 2016BandM · Review provided by shoptinyhouses.com5/5

Excellent. Installation was easy and the unit has been reliable so far (about 6 months). We were a little concerned about capacity since this was the largest electric unit we could fit on our existing service and we don't have gas available. The unit will provide hot water for one shower and washing dishes simultaneously or showering while washing clothes. Those are about the only scenarios where 2 users are going through hot water at the same time for our household. There is a pressure drop when using 2 hot water sources, but nothing terrible. I would hazard a guess that if you wanted more than 2 simultaneous uses you should probably step up to gas or the next biggest unit. Otherwise this has been a great upgrade for us and I would purchase another.
