Good product, saves a lot of space too

I recently installed the Tempra 29 plus. Installation was relatively easy but initially, I had trouble when using our main shower. The water would get hot only to turn cold after several minutes. This sequence kept repeating (hot-cold-hot-cold). After some testing I realized that the water saving showerhead was the culprit. The water heater requires a minimum flow rate (approx. 0.5 gpm) to provide a constant flow of hot water. With the water saving shower head, the flow was just on the cusp and this caused the heater to turn on and off. Once I replaced the shower head, the unit worked flawlessly (it would be useful to mention this in the installation instructions)!
